(Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2023
On 21 September 2023 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow BT Works
No Waiting At Any Time - Main Street , Dalmellington Road, Straiton
Main Street - From Junction of Dalmellington Road Westbound for 50m and Eastbound for 50m
Main Street - From Black Bull Hotel Eastbound for 110m
Dalmellington Road - From Junction of Main Street Northbound on both side of the road for 130m
The restrictions are expected to be in place between 09:30 and 15:30 each day.
The Order commences on 09 October 2023 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 09 October 2023 at 09:30 with the restrictions remaining in place until 03 November 2023 at 15:30. Days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
