(Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Notice 2023
NOTICE is hereby given under Section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 as amended, and of all other enabling powers which will prohibit waiting on the following lengths of road to allow Scottish Water works
Name & affected length of road – Grangemuir Road,Saint Ninians Road and Marina Road
from one St Ninians Road to junction with Grangemuir Road(both sides)
from 30 Marina Road to junction with Grangemuir Road (both sides)
from 21 Grangemuir Road where 30 Marina Road house ends on Grangemuir Road (both sides)
Nature and period of restriction - Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time
This Notice commences on 05 October 2023 and has a maximum duration of 5 days or until the works are completed, whichever is sooner. The works are expected to commence from 05 October 2023 at 09:30 with the restrictions remaining in place until 09 October 2023 at 23:30.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Notice will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
