NOTICE is hereby given under Section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 as amended, and of all other enabling powers which will prohibit waiting on the following lengths of road to allow 3 UK telecoms construction. 

Name & affected length of road –

Westwood Avenue approx 108m no parking cones both sides 

Harthall approx 28m no parking cones both sides 

Westwood Crescent approx 17m no parking cones both sides 

No Waiting - Westwood Avenue, Harthall, Westwood Crescent

Nature and period of restriction -  Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time

This Notice commences on 08 October 2023 and has a maximum duration of 5 days or until the works are completed, whichever is sooner. The works are expected to commence from 08 October 2023 at 08:00 with the restrictions remaining until 12 October 2023 at 18:00.

The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Notice will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained.
