(Temporary Road Closure) Order 2023
On 13 July 2023 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order,to allow Carriageway Resurfacing and Bridge Repairs
Temporary Road Closure – C37 Auchincruive - From B744 Junction At Broadhead to B743 Junction At Gibbsyard, Annbank, Approx 1045M.
The Order commences on 07 August 2023 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 07 August 2023 at 08:00 until 09 September 2023 at 17:00.
The road is expected to be closed between 08:00 and 17:00 each day with it being open out-with these times.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Emergency Services access will not be affected .
Access for residents, deliveries will be via diversion route
An alternative route will be signed via - B743 towards Mossblown then turn right on B742, continue on B742 then turn right on B744 towards Annbank and continue until junction with C37 and vice versa
