(Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Notice 2023
NOTICE is hereby given under Section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 as amended, and of all other enabling powers which will prohibit waiting on the following lengths of road to allow BT Works
Name & affected length of road – B7024 Alloway , From Aird Cottage North of junction Dooholm Road for 40m both sides of carriageway
Nature and period of restriction - Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time
This Notice commences on 09 October 2023 and has a maximum duration of 5 days or until the works are completed, whichever is sooner. The works are expected to commence from 09 October 2023 at 09:30 with the restrictions remaining in place until 13 October 2023 at 15:30.
The restrictions are expected to be in place between 09:30 and 15:30 each day and removed outwith these times
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Notice will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
