(Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2023
On 11 May 2023 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow Scottish Power works
No Waiting At Any Time - Smithfield Crescent, Fail Avenue, Mansfield Road, Alton Avenue, Craigie View, Beechwood Road, Back Street, Princes Street and Sandgate Street
Full length on both sides, parking restrictions to be implemented in phases as for works duration until each block is completed.
The Order commences on 29 May 2023 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. To minimise inconvenience, the works will be carried out in phases and are expected to commence from 29 May 2023 at 07:00 with the restrictions remaining in place until 10 November 2023 at 17:00. Days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
