Emergency Notice 2023
NOTICE is hereby given under Section 14(2)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, that the following Traffic Management restrictions be introduced with immediate effect for emergency drainage repairs.
Road Closure – B734, from its junction with B7035 southwards to its juncition with C30.
Period of restriction – The Notice is valid for a period of up to 21 days from the date below unless a further notice is issued under Section 15(8)(b)(ii) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The restrictions will only be in force at times when the appropriate signs are displayed. Access to properties and premises will be maintained whenever possible and emergency services and pedestrian access will not be affected.
Alternative route – will be signed via B7035, C30 and vice versa..
