(Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Notice 2022
NOTICE is hereby given under Section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 as amended, and of all other enabling powers which will prohibit waiting on the following lengths of road to faciliate Scottish Water ironwork repairs:-
Name & affected length of road – Racecourse View (southside), from its junction with Doonfoot Road eastwards for a distance of 50 metres.
- Seafield Road (northside), from its junction with Doonfoot Road westwards for a distance of 65 metres.
Nature and period of restriction - Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time
This Notice commences on 16 December 2022 and has a maximum duration of 5 days or until the works are completed, whichever is sooner. The works are expected to commence from 16 December 2022 at 09:30 with the restrictions removed by 00:00 later that same day.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Notice will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
