(Temporary Road Closure) Notice 2022
NOTICE is hereby given under Section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers which will close the following lengths of road to facilitate Scottish Water Ironwork Repairs:-
Name of road - North Drive Girvan, full length
Nature and period of restriction - Road closure
This Notice commences on 14 December 2022 and has a maximum duration of 5 days or until the works are completed, whichever is sooner. The works are expected to commence from 14 December 2022 at 09:30 with the closure remaining in place until 14 December 2022 at 18:00.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the restrictions will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed. Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained.
Alternative route - Signed via the Wheatfield Road > Rodney Drive > The Avenue > end and vice versa The Avenue > Montgomery Street > Maxwell Street > Tower Road > end and vice versa .
