South Ayrshire Council (Templehill, Troon) (Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Notice 2022 - South Ayrshire Archived

NOTICE is hereby given under Section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South
Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 as amended,
and of all other enabling powers which will prohibit waiting on the following lengths of
road to allow BT connection works

Name & affected length of road – Templehill Troon (both sides) from boundary wall
at nos. 147/145 extending eastwards to boundary wall at nos.97/95

Nature and period of restriction - Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time

This Notice commences on Monday 26 September 2022 and has a maximum duration
of 5 days or until the works are completed, whichever is sooner.

The works are expected to commence from 00:01 Monday 19 September with completion expected
23:59 Friday 30 September 2022.

The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but
the Notice will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
