NOTICE is hereby given under Section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers which will close the following
lengths of road to allow essential BT connection works:-
Name of road – Dalblair Road, Ayr. Between Dalblair Way and Alloway Street
Nature and period of restriction - Road closure
This Notice commences on Wednesday 9 November 2022 and has a maximum duration of 5 days or until the works are completed, whichever is sooner. The works are expected to commence from 21:00 Wednesday 9 November 2022 with the closure remaining in place until 06:30 Friday 11 November 2022.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the restriction will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Emergency Services and pedestrian access will not be affected.
Alternative route – Miller Road, Alloway Place, Barns Street, Dalblair Road
