NOTICE is hereby given under Section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers which will close the following lengths of road to allow Scottish Water contractors to carry out repairs to ironwork:-
Name of road – Shaw Place, entire length
Nature and period of restriction - Road closure
This Notice commences on 26 August 2022 and has a maximum duration of 5 days or until the works are completed, whichever is sooner. The works are expected to commence from 9.30am Friday 26 August 2022 with the closure remaining in place until up to 6.00pm later that same day.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed. Emergency Services and pedestrian access will not be affected.
As Sannox View is a cul-de-sac, there is no alternative route so access and parking for residents and deliveries will be maintained whenever possible, but may be restricted at times.
