NOTICE is hereby given under Section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 as amended, and of all other enabling powers which will prohibit waiting on the following lengths of road to allow Cityfibre to remove cabling from sewers in the carriageway:-
Name & affected length of road – Mill Brae, North side: full length of parking bays at the side of 4/5/6 Mill Brae Court.
Nature and period of restriction - Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time
This Notice commences on Saturday 6 August 2022 and has a maximum duration of 5 days or until the works are completed, whichever is sooner. The works are expected to commence from 7:00pm Saturday 6 August with the restrictions remaining until 6:00am the following morning Sunday 8 August 2022.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Notice will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
