NOTICE is hereby give under Section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 as amended, and of all other enabling powers which will prohibit waiting on the following lengths of road to allow Scottish Power contractors to make a new connection:-
Name & affected length of road - Kirkwynd, both sides: From A77 High Street, south-eastwards to boundary between Nos.10/12 Kirkwynd.
Nature and period of restriction - Prohibition of Waiting at any time -
The Notice commences on Monday 30th May 2022 and has a maximum duration of 5 days or until the works are completed whichever is sooner. The works are expected to commence from 8.00am on Monday 30 May with the restrictions remaining until 6.00pm on Friday 3rd June 2022.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Notice will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
