NOTICE is hereby given under Section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 as amended, and of all other enabling powers which will prohibit waiting on the following lengths of road to allow BT Openreach contractors to install a new pole and cabinet:-
Name & affected length of road – Mauchline Road, both sides: Between points approximately 20 metres either side of the junction of Station Road.
Nature and period of restriction - Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time
This Notice commences on Tuesday 17 May 2022 and has a maximum duration of 5 days or until the works are completed, whichever is sooner. The works are expected to commence from 9:30am Tuesday 17 May with the restrictions remaining until 6:00pm on Friday 20 May 2022.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Notice will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
