ORDER 2021

NOTICE OF MAKING

NOTICE is hereby given that on 15 April 2021, South Ayrshire Council made the above-named Order in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The Order, which comes into operation on 1 May 2021, was advertised in the Ayrshire Post on 30 September 2020 and the effect of the Order is as stated in said notice.

A copy of the Order and a map relative thereto are available for inspection online at https://www.tellmescotland.gov.uk/notices/east-ayrshire/traffic/00000246838  or can be emailed to interested parties on request by contacting us at the address below or by emailing enquiries@ayrshireroadsalliance.org

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 15 April 2021 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
