(Duff Street & Wilson Street, Girvan) (Temporary Waiting Restriction)

Order 2017

On 2/8/17 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012, as amended, and the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any person to cause or permit any vehicle to wait on Duff St and Wilson St, Girvan (except vehicles engaged on BT works), by reason of works to be executed on or near the road.

The Order is in force from 0930hrs on 17/8/17 until 1600hrs on 30/8/17, and will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.

The restriction will only affect the immediate area of works and will only apply when signs to diagram 636(No Waiting Cones) are in place on the affected length of road.
