On 24/5/17 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012, the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will impose the following restrictions on vehicles by reason of works to be executed on or near the road—

Waiting & Loading Restrictions ( when signs are in place)

Either side of Academy St, Ailsa Pl, Alloway Park, Alloway Place, Alloway Place Lane, Alloway St, Arran Terr, Arthur St, Ballantine Dr, Barns Cresc, Barns St, Barns St Lane, Bath Pl, Bellevue Cresc, Bellevue St, Beresford Lane, Beresford Terr, Boswell Park, , Bowman Rd, Bruce Cresc, Burns Statue Sq., Carrick St, Cassillis St, Cathcart St, Charlotte St, Charlotte St Lane, Citadel Pl, Dalblair Rd, Dalblair Way, Douglas St, Esplanade, Eglinton Place, Eglinton Terr, Fort St, Fullarton St, High St, Killoch Place, Kyle St, Midton Rd, Miller Rd, Mill Wynd, Montgomerie Terr, New Bridge St, Newmarket St, Old Bridge St, Park Circus, Parkhouse St, Queens Terr, Queens Terr Lane, Sandgate, Seabank Rd, Smith St, South Harbour St, Station Bridge, St John St, Park Terr, Pavilion Rd, Union Arcade, Wellington Lane, Wellington Sq.

The Order is in force from 09:30 hrs on 3/6/17 until 18:00 hrs on 10/12/17, or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.

The restrictions will be limited to the immediate area of works which are short term in each location.
