(Harbour Road and Turnberry Road, Maidens)(Waiting Restrictions) Order 2017

NOTICE OF MAKING

Notice is hereby given that on 9/3/2017, the Council made the above-named Order in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

The Order comes into operation on 1/5/2017, was advertised in the Carrick Gazette and Ayrshire Post on 8/06/2016 and 3/06/2016 respectively, the effect of the Order is as stated in said notices.

A copy of the Order and map are available for inspection at the following Council office during the opening hours stated:-

• South Ayrshire Council. Burns House, Burns Statue Square, Ayr, KA7 1UT Mon-Thu 8:45pm-4:45pm & Fri 8:45am-4pm

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 9/3/2017 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
