On 02/01/17 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012, as amended, and the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any vehicle to wait or load at any time on the north-eastside of High St, Ayr between No’s 6 - 48 and the right turn bus lane in High St, Ayr will be temporarily suspend. These restrictions are required to facilitate Demolition works to be executed on or near the road.
The Order is in force from 00:01 hrs on 13/2/17 until 18:00 hrs on 17/12/17, or until the works are completed whichever is earlier.
