On 4/1/17 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle on Todd Street, Girvan(except vehicles engaged on Bridge Deck works), by reason of works to be executed on or near the road.
The Order is in force from 0800 hrs on 16/1/17 until 16:00 hrs on 12/3/17, or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
Vehicular access for residents/owners/occupiers within the closurewill be permitted to and from their properties.
Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the closure period.
The closure will only affect only road at any one time.
Alternative Route: Traffic will be diverted via McCulloch Road, South Park Ave and Coalpotts Road and vice versa.
