(Bathurst Drive and Raithhill, Ayr) (Temporary Road Closure)
ORDER 2017
On 9/1/17 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle on Bathurst Drive and Raithhill, Ayr (except vehicles engaged on Scottish Water works), by reason of works to be executed on or near the road.
The Order is in force from 09:30 hrs on 23/1/17 until 18:00 hrs on 26/2/17, or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
Vehicular access for residents/owners/occupiers within the closurewill be permitted to and from their properties.
Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the closure period.
The closure will only affect only road at any one time.
Alternative Route: Traffic will be diverted via Kersepark and Bathurst Dr and vice versa.
