(B709 GORDON ARMS HOTEL, SELKIRK)

(TEMPORARY CLOSING) NO 2 ORDER 2023

The Scottish Borders Council (B709 Gordon Arms Hotel, Selkirk) (Temporary Closing) No 2 Order 2023 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.  The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 18 November 2023 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of one day between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00.  The Order is required for BT works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the B709 at the Gordon Arms Hotel, Selkirk.

The alternative route for northbound traffic is via the B709, B7009, B7039 and A708 to the point of closure, for southbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
