(TEMPORARY NO WAITING) ORDER 2023

The Scottish Borders Council (Kirk Wynd, Hawick) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2023 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 08:00 on 12 June 2023 and is expected to remain in effect until 23:00 on 20 June 2023 – 24 hour restriction. The Order is required for Scottish Water works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on both sides of Kirk Wynd, Hawick from Number 2 to Number 8.
