THE SCOTTISH BORDERS COUNCIL

(BORDERS FESTIVALS – WEST LINTON)

(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2023

The Scottish Borders Council are making made the above Order under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, with the consent of Scottish Ministers under Section 16A(6) and Section 16B(1)(b) of the said Act. The Order, which has a maximum duration of fourteen days, shall be in effect on 28 May 2023, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 10 June 2023. The Order is required to facilitate the holding of relevant events relating to the West Linton Whipman Play 2023.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall (i) drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle, and (ii) permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked, along those lengths of road on the dates and at the times specified in the Schedule below. Pedestrian access will be maintained.
