(B6456 – HOWLETS HA’, WESTRUTHER)
(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2022
The Scottish Borders Council (B6456 – Howlets Ha’, Westruther) (Temporary Closing) Order 2022 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 5 December 2022 and is expected to remain in effect until 9 December 2022 between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00 each day. The Order is required for resurfacing works.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the B6456 at Howlets Ha’, Westruther.
The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via the B6456, A697, A6105 and B6456 to the point of closure, for westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
