ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE

 

B6356 – HALIDEAN MILL COTTAGES

 

 

In accordance with Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Scottish Borders Council will temporarily close the B6356 at Halidean Mill Cottages. The maximum duration of this Notice is 21 days and it is expected that the closure will be in effect from 18:00 on 5 August to 18:00 on 10 August 2022 – 24 hour closure.

 

The closure is required for emergency water main repairs.

 

The alternative route for northbound traffic is via either the B6356, C78, B6397, B6404 and B6356 to the point of closure, or via the B6356, C78, B6360, A68, B6404 and B6356 to the point of closure. The alternative route for southbound traffic is the reverse of either of the foregoing.
