(MILL STREET & KILNCROFT, SELKIRK)
(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2022
The Scottish Borders Council (Mill Street & Kilncroft, Selkirk) (Temporary Traffic Regulation) Order 2022 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 08:00 on 25 July 2022 and is expected to remain in effect until 17:00 on 15 November 2022, as detailed below. The Order is required for SGN replacement gas main works.
When the Order comes into effect, in Selkirk:
The Scottish Borders Council (The Trunk Road (Selkirk) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 1971) and (The Burgh of Selkirk (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and One-way Traffic Working) Order 1972, as amended will be further amended as follows: the One Way Order on Kilncroft will be revoked from 08:00 on 1 August 2022 to 17:00 on 11 August 2022.
