ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE
B712 DRUMELZIER EAST OF BROUGHTON
In accordance with Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Scottish Borders Council will temporarily close the B712 at Drumelzier, east of Broughton. The maximum duration of this Notice is 21 days and it is expected that the closure will be in effect from 4 July 2022 for a period of five days between the hours of 08:30 and 17:30 each day.
The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via the B712, A701, A72 and B712 to the point of closure, for westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
The closure is only required for one day but as the works are weather dependent this notice will be in effect for five days.
The closure is required to permit surface dressing works to be carried out.
