(BORDERS FESTIVALS – ST BOSWELLS)

(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2022

 

The Scottish Borders Council have made the above Order under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of one day, will come into force at 12:00 on 22 May 2022 and is expected to remain in effect until 17:00. The Order is required to facilitate the holding of a relevant event, being St Boswells Village Week Wobbly Bridge Trail Race.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive, or cause, or permit to be driven any vehicle along the following roads in and around St Boswells.

       The Croft, Braeheads Road, Capilaw Road and Kirk Road

These closures will come into effect only at such times as instructed by a Police Officer in uniform and/or appropriate traffic signs are displayed on the affected lengths of road.

Pedestrian access will be maintained.
