(TEMPORARY CLOSING) NO 2 ORDER 2021

The Scottish Borders Council (C98 Kilpallet Bridge) (Temporary Closing) No 2 Order 2021 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.  The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 22 November 2021 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of two days between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 each day. The Order is required for bridge works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the C98 at Kilpallet Bridge north of Longformacus.

The alternative route for northbound traffic is via the C98, A6105, A6112, B6365, B6355 and C98 to the point of closure, for southbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
