(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2021

The Scottish Borders Council (Heronhill Close, Hawick) (Temporary Closing) Order 2021 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 17 September 2021 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of one day between the hours of 09:30 and 18:00. The Order is required for Scottish Water manhole repairs.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along Heronhill Close, Hawick at number 14. There is no alternative route.
