(HIGH STREET & WAVERLEY ROAD, INNERLEITHEN)

(TEMPORARY NO WAITING) ORDER 2021

The Scottish Borders Council (High Street & Waverley Road, Innerleithen) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2021 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.  The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 08:00 on 21 July 2021 and is expected to remain in effect until 19:00 on 23 July 2021 – 24 hour restriction. The Order is required for BT manhole cover repairs.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on the following streets in Innerleithen:

(a)   High Street from Waverley Road to number 13a; and

(b)   Waverley Road from High Street to number 7.
