(TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTION) ORDER 2021

The Scottish Borders Council (B7088 Cardrona Link Road) (Temporary Waiting Restriction) Order 2021 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.  The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 00:01 on 28 June 2021 and is expected to remain in effect until 24:00 on 28 January 2023 – 24 hour restriction. The Order is required to facilitate the passage of vehicular traffic on the road to prevent a danger to the public.

When the Order comes into effect, limited waiting will be in force on the B7088 Cardrona Link Road in the layby at Nashy’s Cafe as follows:

       Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 17:30, waiting limited to two hours. No return within two hours
