(C26 BURROWSTONE MOSS TO BLACK GRAIN)

(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2021

The Scottish Borders Council (C26 Burrowstone Moss to Black Grain) (Temporary Closing) Order 2021 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.  The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 14 June 2021 and is expected to remain in effect until 18 June 2021 between the hours of 08:30 and 16:30 on the days noted below. The Order is required for resurfacing works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the C26 from Burrowstone Moss to Black Grain, west of Newcastleton on 14 June, 15 June, 17 June and 18 June 2021.

The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via the C76a, A7, B6318, B6357 and C26 to the point of closure, for westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
