(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2021

 

The Scottish Borders Council (C106 Quixwood) (Temporary Closing) Order 2021 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.  The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 17 May 2021 and is expected to remain in effect until 21 May 2021 between the hours of 08:30 and 17:00 each day. The Order is required for resurfacing works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the C106 at Quixwood, north of Preston.

The alternative route for northbound traffic is via the A6112, B6355, C107 and C106 to the point of closure, for southbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
