(BOLESIDE TO CASCADE CYCLE PATH)

(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2021

 

The Scottish Borders Council (Boleside to Cascade Cycle Path) (Temporary Closing) Order 2021 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.  The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 10 May 2021 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of three days between the hours of 08:30 and 16:15 each day. The Order is required for SGN trial hole works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall walk or cycle along the Boleside to Cascade cycle between Galashiels and Selkirk. There is no alternative route.
