(C9 BROUGHTON TO DREVA)

(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2021

 

The Scottish Borders Council (C9 Broughton to Dreva) (Temporary Closing) Order 2021 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 08:00 on 25 January 2021 and is expected to remain in effect until 18:00 on 1 February 2021 – 24 hour closure. The Order is required for BT works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the C9 from Broughton to Dreva.

The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via the A701, B712, and C9 to the point of closure, for westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
