(VARIOUS ROADS, DENHOLM)

(TEMPORARY NO WAITING) ORDER 2021

The Scottish Borders Council (Various Roads, Denholm) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2021 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 08:00 on 20 January 2021 and is expected to remain in effect until 18:00 on 22 January 2021 – 24 hour restriction. The Order is required for BT Openreach works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on the following roads in Denholm:

1. Ruberslaw Road – from number 3 to The Loaning – both sides of the road;
2. Ruberslaw Drive – from number 3 to Ruberslaw Road – both sides of the road;
3. The Loaning – from number 2 to Ruberslaw Road – east side only; and
4. The Loaning - from Ruberslaw Road to number 4 – both sides of the road.
