(B6437 NINEWELLS SOUTH LODGE, CHIRNSIDE)

(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2021

The Scottish Borders Council (B6437 Ninewells South Lodge, Chirnside) (Temporary Closing) Order 2021 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 21 January 2021 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of one day between the hours of 09:30 and 18:00. The Order is required for Scottish Water manhole repairs.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the B6438 at Ninewells South Lodge, Chirnside.

The alternative route for southbound traffic is via the B6437, A6105, A6112, B6460 and B6437 to the point of closure, for northbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
