(C77 COLMSLIE TO THREEPWOOD)

(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2021

The Scottish Borders Council (C77 Colmslie to Threepwood) (Temporary Closing) Order 2021 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 11 January 2021 and is expected to remain in effect until 15 January 2021 between the hours of 08:30 and 16:30 each day. The Order is required for resurfacing works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the C77 from Colmslie to Threepwood.

The alternative route for northbound traffic is via the C65, C76 and C12 to the point of closure, for southbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
