(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2020

The Scottish Borders Council (B6362 Lauder Bridge) (Temporary Closing) Order 2020 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 08:00 on 1 December 2020 and is expected to remain in effect until 17:00 on 6 December 2020 – 24 hour closure. The Order is required for bridge repairs.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the B6362 at Lauder Bridge.

The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via the B6363, A68, A697 and B6362 to the point of closure, for westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
