(TEMPORARY NO WAITING) NO 2 ORDER 2020

 

The Scottish Borders Council (East Green and Horsemarket, Earlston) (Temporary No Waiting) No 2 Order 2020 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 08:00 on 3 December 2020 and is expected to remain in effect until 19:00 on 12 December 2020 – 24 hour restriction. The Order is required for Scottish Power repairs.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on both sides of the following streets in Earlston:

  1. East Green – from Horsemarket to Southfield; and
  2. Horsemarket from East Green southwards for 30 metres.
