(WEST MYRESCROFT, ANCRUM)

(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2020

The Scottish Borders Council (West Myrescroft, Ancrum) (Temporary Closing) Order 2020 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.  The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 06:00 on 23 November 2020 and is expected to remain in effect until 18:00 on 7 December 2020 – 24 hour closure. The Order is required for water connections.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along West Myrescroft, Ancrum.

The alternative route for southbound traffic is via Myrescroft Road and South Myrescroft to the point of closure, for northbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
