(D60/3 BEDRULE COTTAGES)
(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2020
The Scottish Borders Council (D60/3 Bedrule Cottages) (Temporary Closing) Order 2020 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 29 October 2020 and is expected to remain in effect until 3 November 2020 as detailed below. The Order is required for Scottish Water works.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the D60/3 at Bedrule Cottages as follows:
From 22:00 on 29 October overnight to 06:00 on 30 October 2020
From 22:00 on 30 October overnight to 06:00 on 31 October 2020
From 22:00 on 31 October overnight to 06:00 on 1 November 2020
From 22:00 on 1 November overnight to 06:00 on 2 November 2020
From 22:00 on 2 November overnight to 06:00 on 3 November 2020
