(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2020

 

The Scottish Borders Council (B6350 Redden) (Temporary Closing) Order 2020 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.  The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 19 October 2020 and is expected to remain in effect until 27 October 2020 between the hours of 08:30 and 17:00 on the days detailed below. The Order is required for resurfacing works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the B6350 at Redden as follows:

(a)   Closure 1: from 19 October to 21 October 2020; and

(b)   Closure 2: from 26 October to 27 October 2020.

The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via the B6350, B6352, A698 and B6350 to the point of closure, for westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
