(ST DUNSTANS CAR PARK, MELROSE)
(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2020
The Scottish Borders Council (St Dunstans Car Park, Melrose) (Temporary Traffic Regulation) Order 2020 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 1 October 2020 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of two days between the hours of 09:00 and 15:00 each day. The Order is required for white lining of the car park.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall (i) drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle; and (ii) permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked, in the St Dunstans car park Melrose.
The car park will only be closed for one of the two days, however the two day closure will be in effect as the work is weather dependent.
