(OLD TOWN, PEEBLES)

(TEMPORARY NO WAITING) ORDER 2020

The Scottish Borders Council (Old Town, Peebles) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2020 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.  The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 17 August 2020 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of one day between the hours of 09:30 to 15:30. The Order is required to permit BT Openreach safe access to an underground structure.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on Old Town, Peebles from its junction with Elcho Street Brae westwards for 50 metres.
