(ELM PARK, SELKIRK)

(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2020

The Scottish Borders Council (Elm Park, Selkirk) (Temporary Traffic Regulation) Order 2020 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.  The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 06:00 on 17 August 2020 and is expected to remain in effect until 17:00 on 26 August 2020 as detailed below. The Order is required for resurfacing works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall:

(a)   permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on Elm Park, Selkirk from 06:00 on 17 August to 17:00 on 19 August 2020 and from 06:00 on 25 August to 17:00 on 26 August 2020; and

(b)   drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along Elm Park, Selkirk on 25 August and 26 August 2020 between the hours of 09:00 and 16:30 each day. There is no alternative route.
