(TEMPORARY NO WAITING) ORDER 2020

The Scottish Borders Council (Rosevale Street, Hawick) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2020 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.  The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 08:00 on 15 July 2020 and is expected to remain in effect until 18:00 on 16 July 2020 – 24 hour restriction. The Order is required for works on behalf of BT Openreach.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on Rosevale Street, Hawick – from its junction with Mansfield Crescent southwards for 50 metres.
